Wild Rhythms: a new beginning
A gentle invitation to live, create, and grow in tune with your own wild rhythms.
I still remember that early spring day in 2023 — Meg came to visit my little mountain home for an afternoon filled with rituals and creative dreaming. It was only a month after we had finally met in person after a few shared ski days and hikes through the snowy peaks.
Our friendship started way before that, though — when I facilitated breathwork sessions for a mentoring program she was part of. A program I had also done a few years earlier. Meg booked some private breathwork sessions with me and invited me to lead a group breathwork session for her cabin lake retreat. All of it was online at first, but we kept circling back into each other’s lives — until we found ourselves on the same mountain.
That spring afternoon, just days after the equinox, we planted the first seeds. We shared our vision with a bittersweet taste as we were both leaving the mountains at the end of the month. Still, we got excited about what could be, feeling deeply aligned on the kind of life we wanted to build. It felt intuitive as if life was gently pulling us forward.
Over the last two years, our friendship has taken root and bloomed, season by season, growing more vibrant, creative, and full of depth. One afternoon, at the cusp of winter solstice, we met at a cozy bookstore café in the city. She was about to fly to the US for Christmas, and amidst cups of coffee, a spark was born: the desire to create something tangible.
Was it a planner? Oracle cards? We weren’t sure yet. But we both felt the pull to create, to collaborate, to weave something meaningful together.
Two months later, in another city café, the idea grew clearer. Step by step, we started creating our own treasure map — weaving our shared vision, diving deeper into Notion, nervous system regulation, and cyclical rhythms.
We moved with the flow of our menstrual cycles, the seasons, and life’s chapters — riding waves of creative focus and dreaming. What began as one digital product soon blossomed into a full vision during a wild, intuitive day at Meg’s cabin in the mountains.
We realized we wanted to create more than just a product. We wanted to create a whole brand, an ecosystem.
So, we wove our pillars together and birthed something unique:
Wild Rhythms.
Wild Rhythms is a creative greenhouse studio and living brand rooted in the wisdom of the body, the earth, and the seasons.
It’s a space where you’ll find:
Seasonal tools for living and working in rhythm
Nervous system care and inner voice practices
Creative offerings that honor rest, inner seasons, and brave visioning
Retreats, gatherings, and spaces for deep nourishment and expansion
A new model of business that prioritizes slow growth, soul-aligned work, and community care
Rooted in nervous system care, seasonal wisdom, regenerative living, and the sacred cycles of creativity, Wild Rhythms is an ecosystem for creatives, visionaries, artists, and wild women who want to build a life to the rhythm of their own cycles and the earth’s seasons.
We dreamed of a place where nervous system regulation meets creative expansion. Where business feels like a garden — cyclical, slow and deeply embodied.
Wild Rhythms is that space.
In these strange and chaotic times, Wild Rhythms feels like an antidote — a call to gather community, bold dreamers, and creatives who want to rewild and return to their own rhythms.
This summer, we’re planting the first seeds.
A few early offers are gently unfolding:
Mini courses + creative self-care tools
